Arrival and departure

Check-in: 4 p.m. - 6.30 p.m.

Check-out: no later than 10.30 a.m.

Early check-in: from 14h00 surcharge 35 EUR - to be booked in advance 

Late check-out: until 12.00 p.m. surcharge EUR 40 - to be booked in advance

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays you can enjoy lazy breakfast (from 10.30am to 12am)

PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit must be paid upon reservation and received within 10 days of booking.

If payment of the deposit is not made by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

We reserve the right to make any changes to the rooms.

Any reservation made confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions as described on this page.

NON-SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace & garden.

ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed in our B&B.

LIABILITY

Casa Cava cannot be held liable for theft or damage or loss of items that occurred in the hotel. You are always responsible for your own belongings.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

A cleaning fee of € 200 will be charged if the smoking or animal ban has not been respected. Damage as well as theft to or in the rooms/properties of Casa Cava will be charged.

In case of disregard of these general conditions and/or ignoring, causing damage or disturbing the order Casa Cava can expel guests without any further explanation. This without reimbursement of accommodation costs.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

All our rooms are equipped for a maximum of 2 people, with the exception of Pinot Blanc where a maximum of 3 people can stay.

If the number of guests exceeds the number indicated at the time of reservation, we will be obliged to charge extra costs.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

 More than 10 days: you pay 50% of the amount due as a cancellation fee;

- Less than 10 days: pay 100% of the amount due as a cancellation fee;

- In case of no show, the entire amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Any dispute regarding its validity, interpretation, execution of the agreement, or invoicing in execution thereof belongs to the exclusive competence of the Courts of Dendermonde.

COVID-19 or similar pandemics

The above cancellation conditions always remain applicable. If the Belgian government imposes a domestic travel ban on Covid-19 for the province, bookings may be rescheduled during the duration of the measure. If the national borders were to be closed, all international travel will also be rescheduled without any problem.
